Networked Racism

It's something that has been discussed among coworkers, in that when there isn't a huddle, there isn't an assignment of tasks, along with hires not keeping a rhythm and not conducting their role, but rather taking almost an entire shift to break, again without supervision, that irratinoalizing staging is noted of. Meaning, in terms of subhumanism, the behavior of subhumanism, the pattern is direct, to ensure at the foundations of one's activity there isn't a meeting of the mind at all, and then matters of irrationality are applied to the setting, of which a group intends and uses to cherry pick anecdotes, frame the deficite, and string along these anecdotes into a racialized characterization, dolled up as the good word of a network, as a good person is merely a benevolent facade with a focus that aims to remove any review of their actual networked behavior. Which this isn't to say I assume the worst or bad intention at all. Rather, I, at some point, choose to critically engage when matters involving first and foremost a meeting of the mind do not manifest over a duration, and elements of irrationality emerge throughout that duration. The environmental design wouldn't be a mistake nor would it be hands falling short, but rather, something sustained in that way is indeed planned and one has to question how is that being used. For example, when there isn't a huddle, a team meeting at the beginning of the shift with assignments, there wouldn't be an observable or measurable basis established. Rather, employees are conducting a guessing game and selling the dream, addressing a series of tasks and priorties that will change each and everyday, of which one can then go over the activities of the day, agian, cherry pick the anecdote, an act of irrationality, and string along these anecdotes into a racist portrayal, and then attempt to send that matter up the chain of command, again, of networked racism. This may or may not be happening, but one does have to question the pattern of behavior and the alignment of management, including request for one to do taks, fairly recently, of something that is a managerial duty not someone on basic pay, of which would be in the training, of which the request was kept vague, not of something involving a refresh, which I have heard is a specific request, but simply go around and replace missing tags, and then for someone, not a manager when one arrives at work, to say, after request, a store manager said a refresh of tags wasn't conducted, again a manager duty, and that I would need to do this, of which has never been requested of me before. Then, to have the market the mext day walk in, check the cooler, of which not everything would be labeled, and then immediately walk to the wall, noting the refresh wasn't conducted. Would that be something involving me? There was never a huddle, no assignments, no rundown even in relation to the training of this being a new responsiblity, so one has to wonder. Much like when we add people into our areas and the productivity is absolutely horrible. To spend more time on your phone rather than working, without a manager right there, already noting one is not even in a routine yet, and to simply carry on like this is okay. For people to walk into a company, play on their phone, and pick up a paycheck. Since when has that ever been acceptable, and it is happening. These are simply thoughts and considerations, involving matters seeming to now need critical engagement. When the arranging factors of the environment are developing in a way that seems entirely off, I will indeed write and explore what these matters could be. Racism, in all forms, wouldn't be okay, of which the best remedy of addressing that behavior is a meeting of the mind first and foremost, rather than plays of disenggement intended to treated US Citizens as hollow bodies, as subhumans. That is never an acceptable action, of which takes the form of too busy to follow, hands falling short, of an dolled up inaction that is indeed and irrationalizing act, oftentimes networked and motivated by racializing attitudes. Of which, Racism isn't a mere manifestation but an actual behavior that manifest the racist treatment, so it wouldn't be a matter of bodies in the mirror of dichotomies, as the dichotomy iteself, is what is used to catch one hated on the basis of irrational sentiment into matters of controversy, into matters of characteizations among groups utilizing the superficial divide to take aim and cause harm involving one of a nature they do not like, as opposed to focusing on the defined task, the transparent task and edict at hand. I reference that behavior of racism as a dichotomy sandwhich, of which racism at the foundation, of behavioral design, is indeed the subhuman treatment, of the one designated as being subhuman, of which a play, often networked, to disengage a meeting of the mind sets that violent act in motion, even as it is dolled up with care, concern for one's mental health, and aiming to assit one in their growth, and yet, people would be able to shaprly follow that arranging design and note, no, the good word, the play of anecdote isn't what is actually occurring. Rather a play of networked racism, aiming for was subhumanism is ocurring. It's a red flag.

And sure, someone could in the mirror kill bees with kindness, disengage, work among a network to assign vague tasks, then go back over those areas, cherry pick anecdotes and string along those anecdotes into a characterization, and while we might be presenting ourselves in the mirror as kind and caring, the act of racism is noted. This may or may not be happening, though again, it isn't a matter of holding an individual suspect or thinking the worst of them. I don't actually do that in terms of the field of action. I do assume the best, though in terms of the way the environment arrangements when the racist shoe fits, I do being my basis of critical engagement, noting of matters not adding up. The primary matter is the very fact, that unlike stores I have observed out of state, there are absolutely no huddles to begin the day at all, with tasks and areas assigned. All retail positions I have ever worked, began with a disucssion with the supervisor, and or meeting to begin the day. It's odd and that act can be used, as the entire matter, by networked design, disengages a meeting of the mind for all employees and that can be used in a very bad way.
